The Mario Thomas website has been built to be as accessible as possible. Please see below for some further information.
Valid XHTML
This website has been written in a valid and semantic XHTML markup which is better for search engines, mobile phones / handheld devices and more importantly you!
Valid CSS
This website uses external Cascading Style Sheets to present the data written in XHTML. This seperation of the content and presentation layers means that pages load quicker and can be used cross platform regardless of what browser or computer you're using.
Valid RSS
The RSS Feeds within this site have been checked and validated against an online validation tool to ensure that they work and operate with as many different readers as expected.
This website is built to work and operate in as many web browsers as possible without significant differences between them (if any at all!).
Normally web pages are displayed in your web browser using fonts, font sizes and colours chosen by the web sites authors.
However, most web browsers now allow you to override this and set your own preference, so every web site you visit will use your choice of font, font size and text/background colour.
Below there is an quick guide on accessing this feature in the most popular web browsers. More detailed information on setting your own font and colour choices can usually be found in help menu of your web browser program:
